• MLS GO & community program coaches

• Character-first leaders who value teaching, standards, and joy

What you’ll do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate training

• Create a safe, inclusive, high-standard environment

• Communicate with families the Surf way

• Collaborate with a staff that shares ideas, film, and best practices

Minimum requirements

• Prior coaching or playing experience

• USSF/UEFA license or willingness to actively pursue

• Availability for evening trainings & weekend matches

• Background check & SafeSport (or ability to complete promptly)

Nice to have

• USSF D (or higher), GK diploma, or youth-specific certifications

• Video analysis familiarity (Veo, League Exchange, etc.)

• College recruiting experience (for older age groups)
