Head of Coaching & Player Development

Girls Academy & GA Aspire Programs

Lead the technical standard. Shape the pathway. Coach daily. Build a culture players stay in.

Los Angeles Surf Soccer Club is seeking a Head of Coaching & Player Development to lead and elevate the technical quality, developmental standards, and on-field identity of our Girls Academy and GA Aspire programs. This role is the steward of our development pathway—responsible for aligning curriculum, game model, training methodology, and match-day behaviors across the program.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, including serving as Head Coach for two Girls Academy teams, ensuring the club’s development philosophy is not only defined—but modeled and lived on the field every day.

This is not an administrative or operations position. The focus is exclusively on the soccer environment: coaching, development, standards, and leadership.
